Progress Made at the Talek Children’s School

The Aqua Nirvana Foundation along with the assistance of The Basecamp Foundation has successfully installed a brand new solar powered pump and new faucets at the Talek Boarding School. This solar pump will allow pumping of the borehole water all day, everyday.  In the past with their gas pump the school was only able to pump water twice a day, as they did not have the funds to pay for the fuel.

Cayman Islands Golf Cart Race Successful

Last weekend the Great Race for Grace island residents and visitors raised over $63,000 US dollars to support the Frances Bodden Girls Home and Feed Our Future local charities.

It was a great success and had a lot of participation, press coverage, and spectators.

Aqua Nirvana Assists Charity in the Cayman Islands

During the weekend of May 22-24 2015, The Aqua Nirvana Foundation (ANF) will be participating in golf cart races to raise funds and promote awareness for two charities in the Cayman Islands and teach Cayman’s youth about teamwork and responsibility.

Research is progressing

The ANF team had the opportunity to attend the Theme meetings at Wetsus regarding the virus control research.

The team that we are partially funding is working to develop membranes to remove and inactivate waterborne viruses that can be used in point of use systems to create clean drinking water that is affordable and easy to use mainly in developing countries and areas without central water treatment.

ANF improves children’s access to safe water

The Aqua Nirvana Foundation (ANF) are delighted to announce the completion of the water project at the Oleseara Children School in the Masai Mara, Kenya, which has given over 523 children and teachers the ability to access safe and clean drinking water whenever they like.
